What you will do

• Manage educational technology projects from conceptual design through to implementation.
• Provide pedagogical support and technical design advice to faculty developing technology-enabled curricula.
• Design and develop learning modules, courseware, and assessments using e-learning authoring tools.
• Liaise with academic departments and committees to represent the Faculty of Medicine's unique user requirements.
• Conduct educational needs assessments and analyze learning data to provide recommendations for improvement.
• Hire, train, and manage work-study students to support e-learning resource development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education required.
• Minimum of six years of related experience in the design, development, and delivery of mixed-mode education courses.
• Extensive experience with enterprise-level learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard).
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia).
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, SCORM, xAPI, and usability/UX design.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadians and permanent residents given priority).
