What you will do
- Translate GTM strategy into repeatable frameworks, scalable training programs, and learning curricula for AE, SDR, and Customer Success teams.
- Develop core enablement assets, including presentation decks, playbooks, scripts, and discovery guides, in collaboration with Instructional Designers.
- Drive continuous training and field adoption of the MEDDICC sales framework, integrating value-selling and Challenger concepts.
- Utilize Gong conversational intelligence to identify skill gaps and optimize field performance.
- Own the delivery of global training cycles, interactive workshops, and onboarding intensive programs in virtual and in-person formats.
- Measure program engagement and qualitative business impact through KPIs to iterate and optimize content.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in Revenue Enablement or Sales Training within a technical B2B software or Enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise enabling teams in database, data management, data governance, or analytics software.
- Deep instructional and tactical familiarity with the MEDDICC sales framework.
- High proficiency in creating content with PowerPoint/Google Slides and familiarity with digital learning tools like Articulate.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Round Rock, Texas.
