What you will do

  • Generate weekly trade packs and report topline numbers to the merchandising team.
  • Manage stock intake into UK and Belgian distribution centers to ensure timely arrival.
  • Raise and distribute accurate purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Coordinate with production and wholesale teams to optimize stock allocation.
  • Maintain stock management systems for full visibility of delivery dates.
  • Attend weekly trade meetings and store visits to understand regional stock requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and understanding customer buying behavior.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and digital tools quickly.
