TL;DR

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and analysts to grow mobile app value and user retention.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for iOS/Android apps and CRM channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Customer Service to identify opportunities and launch improvements.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from customer problem discovery to delivery and impact evaluation.
• Optimize customer communication via email, push notifications, and SMS.
• Improve service-related tooling to reduce customer friction and increase satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management for digital consumer products.
• Experience with e-commerce and/or mobile apps is a strong plus.
• Data-informed and hypothesis-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and basic mobile app development concepts.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the Amsterdam office.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
