What you will do

• Support Project Quality Managers and auditors with daily quality assurance tasks.
• Apply the hirify.global Quality Management System (QMS) to daily activities, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in independent internal and external quality audits and assessments.
• Monitor and evaluate projects (QA checks) to ensure adherence to governance and quality standards.
• Utilize QMS tools such as Corrective Action Requests, Nonconformance Reports, and Deviations.
• Analyze process performance and support the implementation of quality process changes.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Management or Business.
• 5-8 years of experience in developing and implementing Quality Compliance Audits.
• Minimum 5 years of total experience in nuclear QA oversight.
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001:2015 principles and quality process theories.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding (background check, drug screen).

Nice to have

• ASQ Certified Quality Auditor certification.
• Active membership in the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
• Experience with industrial design and construction.
