What you will do
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain production software systems for new and existing product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development cycle to ensure smooth releases.
- Translate technical requirements into scalable solutions and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior and new team members through technical guidance and pair programming sessions.
- Participate in project planning by identifying, estimating, and breaking down major tasks.
- Perform comprehensive code reviews to maintain high quality and support a feedback-driven environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven track record of adhering to software development best practices and coding standards.
- Ability to solve moderately complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with non-technical cross-functional partners.
- Experience with testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience working within Billing and Payments domains.
- Ability to quickly acquire and apply new programming languages.
