Salary: $200,000 – $330,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and implement secure, multi-tenant infrastructure to isolate customer data while enabling efficient AI model serving.
• Build golden paths for security, including service templates, libraries, and Terraform policies.
• Own infrastructure-as-code and GitOps best practices to ensure secure, production-ready service deployments.
• Operate platforms for alerting, secrets management, IAM, and automated remediation integrated into CI/CD workflows.
• Partner with engineering teams to translate compliance requirements like SOC 2 and GDPR into automated technical controls.
• Participate in security on-call and improve operability, runbooks, and incident response processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production infrastructure with a strong focus on security.
• Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or AWS, including compute, networking, and IAM.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong coding ability in a systems language such as Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience with secure container deployment, service mesh, and Kubernetes security.
• Clear written communication skills with the ability to turn ambiguous requirements into reliable designs.

Nice to have

• Track record as an early or founding platform/infrastructure/security engineer.
• Experience building internal developer platforms and self-serve environments.
• Familiarity with software supply chain security and static analysis tools like Semgrep or CodeQL.
• Knowledge of detection and response data pipelines (e.g., Kafka, Splunk, Panther).
• Understanding of enterprise compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
