Salary: $161,000 - $189,000 USD

What you will do

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a portfolio of new and growth products.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Analytics teams to guide roadmap and investment decisions.
• Evaluate new product opportunities, pricing, and packaging using strategic financial frameworks.
• Deliver data-driven insights on growth, margin, risk, and ROI to inform executive decisions.
• Implement AI tools to improve planning speed, analysis quality, and reporting workflows.

Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in strategic finance, product finance, consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling skills in forecasting, scenario analysis, and investment cases.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering on resource allocation and prioritization.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into clear, decision-ready recommendations for executives.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to a hirify.global hub (e.g., San Francisco, Denver, Nashville, or Santiago).
