What you will do

• Lead the full engineering organization spanning product engineering, platform, technical support, and IT.
• Set and deliver engineering OKRs and KPIs, including deployment frequency and lead time to change, in partnership with the CPTO.
• Coach and develop engineering managers and leads to build autonomous, self-sufficient delivery teams.
• Define and evolve the technical strategy and embed AI-first ways of working to accelerate delivery pace.
• Own the cloud infrastructure strategy and platform architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee security and regulatory compliance across R&D and production platforms, including ISMS implementation.

Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering experience with 7+ years leading organizations of 50+ people at scale.
• Proven track record of stepping into leadership voids and building immediate momentum.
• Deep expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS, multi-tenant, and cloud-native environments.
• Commercial fluency with the ability to connect engineering decisions to business outcomes.
• AI-native mindset, utilizing AI to accelerate how the team builds.
• Outcome-focused approach with a commitment to a clean handover after the interim period.
