What you will do

• Process medical ROI requests efficiently using proprietary hirify.global software.
• Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations to complete the release process.
• Support the resolution of HIPAA-related release issues to ensure legal compliance.
• Organize records and documentation to maintain workflow accuracy.
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Leesburg, FL
• High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in medical records management.
• 2+ years of experience in clerical or office administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment (scanners, desktop computers).
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations regarding Protected Health Information (preferred).

Nice to have

• RHIT certification.
• Previous experience working within a healthcare setting.
