EDI Registration Specialist

What you will do

• Submit and manage EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments for all payers.
• Resolve payment misrouting issues and update remit addresses with government and commercial payers.
• Manage and update provider portal databases to ensure accurate demographics.
• Provide timely follow-up with payers to ensure successful enrollment completion.
• Administer user portal access for RCM staff with appropriate permissions.
• Support special projects related to Revenue Cycle Management team objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in medical office billing, AR, claims submission, or payment posting.
• Basic knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, and major commercial payers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with enrollment software.
• Knowledge of SmartSheet.
• High School diploma or GED.
