Salary: $216,000 — $332,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops to gather business and technical requirements for AI Identity platforms.
• Develop consultative solutions and relationships to help customers achieve business goals.
• Act as a primary stakeholder for product teams to drive the roadmap for securing AI agents based on real-world experience.
• Architect secure Cross-App Access patterns and refine user identity brokering using OAuth2 Token Exchange.
• Integrate hirify.global identity into AI orchestration layers such as LangChain, n8n, AWS AgentCore, and Google Vertex ADK.
• Design secure connectivity to AI model providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure Foundry, and AWS Bedrock.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT, software development, and technical architecture.
• 3+ years of consulting and IAM/Security Architecture experience with a focus on non-human identities (NHIs).
• Proven track record of securing AI agents in a production environment.
• Deep proficiency in OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, mTLS, JWT, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Ability to interact with C-Suite executives and author Architecture Decision Records (ADR).
• Must be based in the United States.

• Certifications such as CISSP-ISSAP, CCSP, or TOGAF.
