What you will do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of IT projects including scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Develop and maintain project work plans, issue logs, and risk management documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and clinical customers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Facilitate communication between the IT department and various health system practices.
• Manage internal and external resources, including vendor project managers and consultants.
• Conduct on-site visits to facilities to support implementations, training, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/MIS or 4 years of relevant project management experience.
• Must be able to work on-site in Morgantown, West Virginia.
• Strong understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint.
• Ability to handle high-stress conditions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
• One year of experience in a hospital or healthcare IT setting.
