What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in USA, CA, UK, and EU markets to align software solutions with strategic goals.
• Elicit, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements to ensure project success.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, release roadmaps, and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Manage team workload and coordinate internal resources for optimal delivery.
• Lead team activities using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Hybrid methodologies.
• Implement AI tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity to automate routine operations and enhance documentation quality.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position within outsourcing projects.
• Proven ability in market and competitor analysis, requirement analysis, and feature prioritization.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Experience utilizing AI-driven assistants to improve project management and decision support.
• Location: Must be based in a country with CET ± 1-2 hours
