is developing A1, a proactive AI smart assistant designed to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, and workflows on a global scale.
What you will do
- Support the CEO on China launch priorities, including scheduling, preparation, and execution of key initiatives.
- Establish the China office from scratch, handling vendor coordination and basic operational setup.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and hiring partners to support early-stage growth.
- Coordinate interview logistics and hiring processes in collaboration with internal TA teams.
- Act as the central point of coordination between HR, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.
- Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and materials for partnerships and business setup.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, executive support, startup operations, or business coordination.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in an unstructured environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information while working with senior leadership.
- Confidence in engaging external stakeholders such as vendors and recruitment partners.
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to operate independently.
- Familiarity with the China business environment is a plus.
