What you will do

• Assess the current CP Sentry (.NET and SQL Server) architecture and the wider integration landscape.
• Identify architectural gaps in scalability, lifecycle processing, and data flow control mechanisms.
• Define a future-state modular, service-based architecture aligned with a sentry-centric model.
• Design API-first and event-driven integration patterns for modular product services including Repo, TRS, and Loans.
• Architect complex integrations with TriOptima, BNY Nexen, Bloomberg, Workday, and OneStream.
• Provide technical expertise for Build vs Buy vs Extend decisions and support vendor evaluations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
• Strong expertise in .NET / SQL Server ecosystems, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture (Kafka/messaging).
• Experience designing modular or microservices-based architectures and large-scale system integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Capital Markets and Treasury systems, including trade lifecycle and valuation workflows.
• Proven track record of working with legacy modernization programs.
• Location: Must be based in Chicago, Illinois, United States for on-site work
