What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of major event programs across the Americas, including CES, PAX, Summer Game Fest, and TwitchCon.
• Source, negotiate, and manage venues, vendors, and production partners, ensuring SOWs align with budgets.
• Own event budgets end-to-end, covering expense tracking, vendor payments, and financial reconciliation.
• Coordinate between internal marketing, product, design, and global teams to ensure timely asset flow and approvals.
• Partner with design teams to develop booth concepts, branded environments, and event collateral.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and event platforms to drive efficiency in planning, execution, and post-event analysis.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in event management, specifically with large-scale trade shows or brand activations.
• Demonstrated ownership of event budgets at a meaningful scale.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent events and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, including experience with SOWs and contracts.
• Working knowledge of the gaming industry and gamer culture.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Nice to have

• Direct experience executing at major gaming events like CES, PAX, or Comic-Con.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools for event planning and registration analytics.
• Background working with consumer brands where design quality and community engagement are core.
• Experience coordinating esports activations and influencer/creator programs.
