Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Minimum 2-3 days per week in-office attendance required depending on seniority level.

What you will do

• Provide expert advice on complex Compliance topics to support new initiatives in the UK and internationally.
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies, responding to irregularities or non-compliance.
• Keep up to date with relevant regulatory changes and conduct training for employees.
• Collaborate across departments to build a culture of compliance and implement robust internal controls.
• Lead administrative compliance duties, including the creation of processes and policy writing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Compliance experience at an FCA regulated business.
• Deep knowledge of the FCA Handbook; experience with CONC is a significant advantage.
• Background working in FinTech or similar fast-paced environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work autonomously.
• Extensive experience in proactive stakeholder management with Product, Engineering, or Commercial teams.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office to fulfill hybrid requirements.
