What you will do

• Advise customers on financial regulations relevant to the operational use of KYC360 solutions.
• Support the sales team by developing onboarding templates and providing expert regulatory guidance during prospect conversations.
• Provide regulatory input to propose appropriate software and platform solutions based on customer challenges.
• Guide customers through implementation projects to ensure alignment with regulatory best practices.
• Join account management meetings to advise existing customers on future regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to incorporate regulatory insights into product improvements and campaigns.

Requirements

• Extensive regulatory experience gained within a global company.
• In-depth knowledge of UK, EU, and Caribbean legislation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in the practical application of financial regulation to products and operational processes.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work (40% office presence required).
