What you will do

  • Act as the product owner for CEX crypto deposit, withdrawal, and safekeeping services.
  • Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets, including monitoring blockchain transactions to ensure uptime and resolve failures.
  • Coordinate and execute network upgrades, token events, and rigorous technical testing.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation safeguards and collaborate with stakeholders to respond to incidents.
  • Optimize and automate internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Drive CEX business growth strategies and integrate new products to expand market share.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product or Operations Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in crypto wallet operations or blockchain infrastructure.
  • Deep familiarity with blockchain technologies such as EVM, Polkadot, and Cosmos.
  • Expertise in wallet infrastructure, including nodes, signing services, MPC, HSM, and custody models.
  • Proficiency with DeFi protocols and on-chain analysis tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, 24/7 crypto environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Traditional Finance (TradFi) specifically within Issuer Services & Custody.
