What you will do

• Lead the implementation of advanced supply chain planning capabilities across global manufacturing plants.
• Act as a Product Owner for planning systems, managing the portfolio from strategy to delivery.
• Standardize global planning templates and baseline them against industry standards.
• Orchestrate executive-level partnerships with global integrators to drive performance and sustainability.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing global team while fostering a data-driven culture.
• Introduce modern architectural approaches and best practices for supply chain modeling.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Statistics.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in implementing supply chain solutions.
• Deep domain expertise in demand forecasting, integrated supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Proven experience with advanced planning technologies like Kinaxis RapidResponse, O9, or Blue Yonder.
• Experience leading small to mid-size teams and translating business processes into digital solutions.

Nice to have

• Kinaxis Maestro authoring and solution consultant certifications.
• Experience enabling AI/ML for supply chain use cases.
• Background in solution architecture or enterprise architecture.
• MBA or Master’s degree.
