What you will do

• Set the vision and priorities for forecasting and planning systems.
• Build a structured input engine to replace ad hoc workflows for Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Partner with Data Science to categorize forecast error drivers and accelerate model improvement.
• Integrate forecast updates and alerts into transportation, labor, and capacity planning systems.
• Lead the cross-functional forecasting working group to ensure accountability and follow-through.
• Utilize SQL, prototypes, and AI tools to sharpen product requirements and productionize solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with data-heavy products.
• Expertise in forecasting, supply chain, transportation, or capacity management.
• Strong data fluency and proficiency in SQL for investigating problems and validating assumptions.
• Strong systems thinking and human-centered design approach.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders across technical, finance, and operations domains.
• Must be based in New York; no sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Track record in last-mile logistics, ecommerce marketplaces, or network planning.
• Experience as a product partner to Data Science or Machine Learning teams.
• Deep comfort with statistics and ML modeling concepts.
