What you will do
- Lead end-to-end implementation and integration projects for new and existing B2B partners.
- Translate partner needs into clear business and technical requirements for product and engineering teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Analyze data and performance insights to recommend improvements for partner adoption and revenue.
- Champion partner feedback to influence product roadmaps and internal prioritization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in partner-facing implementation, technical account management, or solutions consulting.
- Hands-on experience leading complex B2B integrations such as APIs, SSO, or payment systems.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of driving alignment in complex environments.
- Ability to discuss technical concepts clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data tools such as SQL or Excel for performance monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience working with partners or customers across the Asia Pacific region.
