What you will do

• Coordinate and execute Access construction transformation initiatives across deployment and delivery programs.
• Track delivery performance, construction milestones, risks, dependencies, and operational outcomes.
• Improve construction efficiency, build quality, deployment methodologies, and operational performance.
• Coordinate activities across Access Engineering, Construction, Field Operations, and vendor teams.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations regarding construction delivery and vendor performance.
• Support governance activities including action tracking, status reporting, and delivery coordination forums.

Requirements

• Experience within telecommunications network deployment, Access engineering, or infrastructure transformation environments.
• Understanding of Access network technologies including fibre, HFC, mobile access infrastructure, or civil delivery programs.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting operational and delivery data.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work effectively across technical, operational, and vendor stakeholder groups.
