hirify.global is building a leading operating system for Communications Service Providers to manage billing, operations, and automation.

What you will do

• Design and build the AI Agent Builder, a low-code tool for creating and deploying AI agents.
• Integrate LLM inference and agentic capabilities into the existing Workflow Engine.
• Develop reusable AI components, including chat interfaces and prompt management tools.
• Evaluate and integrate new model capabilities, tool-use patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
• Contribute to architectural decisions regarding prompt design, guardrails, and observability for production AI systems.
• Develop GraphQL APIs and intuitive user interfaces for non-technical users.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI Agents design.
• Proven experience building with Coding Agents such as Claude Code or Codex.
• At least 5 years of experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with React and Node.js.
• Experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
• Must be based in Canada

Nice to have

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience designing serverless systems.
• Interest or expertise in functional programming.
• Strong algorithmic and problem-solving skills.
