What you will do

  • Conduct keyword research and analyze SERP structures and competitor performance to identify organic growth opportunities.
  • Optimize on-page elements and create SEO recommendations for titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal links.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, redirects, and page speed.
  • Monitor and report organic performance using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
  • Design site structures and landing page wireframes in Figma.
  • Implement structured data and schema markup.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in on-page, technical, and content SEO.
  • Experience with international or multilingual SEO.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Russian: Native or fluent.
  • English: B2 or higher.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML and Figma for creating mockups.

Nice to have

  • Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale content optimization.
  • Proficiency in Looker Studio, BigQuery, or SQL.
  • Knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
  • Background in SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth digital products.
