SEO Specialist

What you will do

• Conduct keyword research, analyze search intent, SERP structure, competitors, and organic growth opportunities.
• Optimize pages and create recommendations for titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure, and content.
• Develop SEO briefs, keyword maps, content guidelines, and landing-page structures.
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues involving crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, page speed, and internal linking.
• Monitor organic performance with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or Sitebulb, and identify CRO opportunities.
• Create wireframes in Figma and implement structured data and schema markup.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience across on-page, technical, and content SEO.
• Experience with international or multilingual SEO, keyword research, search intent, SERP analysis, and competitor research.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Screaming Frog or Sitebulb.
• Native or fluent Russian and English at B2 level or higher.
• Knowledge of technical SEO, basic HTML, structured data, schema markup, and landing-page planning.
• Strong analytical, written communication, prioritization, and independent working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale content optimization.
• Experience with Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, Python, or another programming language.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
• Background in SaaS, marketplaces, media, or high-growth digital products.
