SEO Specialist (Crypto/Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and execute large-scale SEO projects across several websites, products, and brands.
• Build programmatic SEO systems, improve templates, and scale pages while preventing thin, duplicate, or low-quality content.
• Implement structured data and entity SEO, including FAQ, product, and organization schema markup.
• Develop automated SEO audits, coordinate issue resolution with developers, and manage the technical SEO backlog.
• Manage GEO/AEO initiatives, AI citation visibility, backlinks, digital PR, ORM/SERM, and app-store reviews.
• Report on organic traffic, conversions, AI citations, technical health, rankings, CTR, and average position.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• English at B2–C1 level for English-language content, calls, and professional communication.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic SEO, keyword research, intent classification, topic clustering, SERP analysis, and multi-market SEO.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, Data Studio, Screaming Frog, and SEO reporting.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, structured data, schema markup, web crawlers, AI crawlers, E-E-A-T, and YMYL principles.
• Ability to write and edit SEO-focused content, prepare developer PRDs, track tasks, and report project progress.

Nice to have

• International SEO experience across multiple markets and languages, including hreflang and localized content.
• Python or JavaScript skills for custom SEO tooling and automation.
• Experience with video SEO, AI-visibility tracking, crypto, fintech, or other YMYL industries.
• Longform content writing and editing experience.
