SEO Specialist (Technical SEO, Ahrefs, SEMrush & Organic Growth)

hirify.global is recruiting for a client seeking a hands-on SEO specialist to drive measurable organic growth.

What you will do

• Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, broken links, duplicate content, redirect problems, and canonicalization issues.
• Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, structured data, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance.
• Perform keyword, competitor, and content-gap research and build SEO roadmaps for content, technical improvements, and website authority.
• Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, heading structures, internal links, schema markup, and page content to improve rankings, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Support ethical link building through outreach, partnerships, guest posting, and PR while monitoring backlink quality and authority.
• Track organic performance, maintain dashboards, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and collaborate with writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams on SEO execution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional SEO experience with strong technical, on-page, off-page, and keyword research expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, mobile optimization, internal linking, search intent, and SEO content optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience ranking competitive keywords in B2B, SaaS, e-commerce, or agency environments.
• Advanced technical SEO auditing, structured data, schema markup, international or multilingual SEO, and CRO experience.
• Experience building SEO dashboards, optimizing funnels, and supporting website migrations or redesigns.
