What you will do

• Design and evolve real-time service architectures to support high-volume financial operations.
• Technically lead the migration of backend components to Amazon EKS.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and latency across distributed services.
• Design and maintain versioned events to ensure end-to-end traceability and auditability of transactional flows.
• Mentor the engineering team and provide technical guidance to foster best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot in high-demand environments.
• Solid experience with real-time decision systems and low-latency processing.
• Expertise in performance optimization, including profiling, concurrency, and JVM tuning.
• Deep knowledge of Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, and core design principles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, specifically managing EKS, SQS, and SNS.
• Proven track record using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codex).

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with Data Science teams and consuming Machine Learning models.
• Experience designing and maintaining versioned events in distributed systems.
