What you will do

• Drive end-to-end material availability for New Product Introductions (NPIs) by balancing service levels, inventory, and risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, factory, and field representatives to resolve bottlenecks.
• Identify and manage supply chain risks, acting as the voice of suppliers within project and delivery teams.
• Prepare yearly OPEX/CAPEX forecasts and manage budgets for supplier NRE and tooling.
• Represent the organization in AIR (hirify.global Issue Resolution) triage to prioritize supply-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical or Supply Chain field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in Supply Chain or Project Management.
• Proven experience in high-tech industries and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Strong ability to influence without formal authority and manage stakeholders at executive levels.
• Resilience and ability to deliver results in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in the US Export Administration Regulations.
