Vice President, Capital Advisory

What you will do

• Develop new business presentations and contribute to transaction process planning and deal structuring.
• Produce and review transaction marketing materials and complex integrated financial models.
• Manage Analysts and Associates, ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards are met.
• Act as a key client contact, addressing deal issues with clients, management teams, and third parties.
• Identify and contact finance providers, prepare term sheets, and review due diligence reports and loan agreements.
• Support business development, marketing initiatives, and the training and development of junior professionals.

Requirements

• At least 7–8 years of experience in Capital Advisory or Leverage Finance, with an extensive record of executing preferably mid-market financing transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities, lead client meetings, and build relationships with potential clients.
• Strong finance, accounting, financial modeling, analytical, and commercial judgment skills.
• Experience managing Associates and Analysts and leading project work.
• Strong academic background, ideally including a master’s degree in a business-related subject.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is also required.
