What you will do

• Conceptualize effective and safe flight control solutions for complex multi-domain problems concerning stability and performance.
• Shape flight control system architecture and interface design to ensure scalability and flexibility.
• Coordinate the team workflow across concept reviews, implementation, simulation, and flight testing.
• Collaborate with test pilots, product managers, and hardware developers across team boundaries.
• Monitor flight operations and prototype results to identify and implement technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Flight Control System design (multirotor and fixed wing).
• Internalized understanding of flight physics and flight dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with control theory and controller implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Matlab/Simulink.
• Experience writing and analyzing C/C++ code.
• Knowledge of digital signal processing and data analysis.
