What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Graphics Project Managers to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee project allocation and timelines to ensure visual production outputs meet strict deadlines and client expectations.
- Establish and optimize production workflows, covering project kickoff, execution, QA, and final delivery.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for 3D visualization tools and VR content management workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Product, and Finance teams to align delivery and operational goals.
- Manage key client relationships and ensure billing accuracy through precise project reporting.
Requirements
- 7+ years of project management experience in visual production, media production, or real estate tech.
- 2+ years of proven leadership or people management experience.
- Strong technical fluency in 3D visualization, rendering pipelines, and VR production tools.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; PMP or similar certification is preferred.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to completion.
