Salary: $900–$2,500 USD per month

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts post-sale.
- Lead client calls to manage escalations and resolve concerns professionally.
- Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor client health and proactively mitigate risks to prevent churn.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and deliverables are met.
- Manage onboarding processes and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Requirements
- Must be available to work EST hours.
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1+).
- Prior experience in CSM, account management, or client-facing support.
- Confidence in leading difficult conversations and commercial discussions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-growth accounts.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
