What you will do

• Act as the lead architect for AI and automation solutions across platforms including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and PSA tools.
• Design secure, scalable, and supportable end-to-end AI and automation architectures.
• Define and enforce robust software development lifecycles (SDLCs) for all AI initiatives.
• Build proof of concepts and reference architectures to validate design decisions.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement automation-first solutions.
• Advise senior leadership and delivery teams on AI strategy and practical adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Birmingham or Bolton, UK.
• Significant experience designing AI and automation solutions within an MSP or complex service-led environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Solid development experience with C#, REST APIs, Webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
