What you will do

• Lead the hiring, development, and mentorship of the design team, ensuring knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Maintain quality control for all projects and lead critical strategic negotiations as the face of the company's design practice.
• Collaborate with clients during discovery, strategy, and workshop stages to align design with business goals.
• Establish and document design workflows, including task stages and review checkpoints.
• Support the CEO in shaping the company brand and assist the Sales team in demonstrating design value and estimating new projects.
• Perform hands-on design discovery for new projects and provide delivery support during critical moments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or agency design with 2+ years in a leadership or art director role.
• Proficiency in modern UX methodologies, including CJM, JTBD, discovery, and usability testing.
• Experience building design systems and guidelines for digital products (web, mobile).
• Ability to leverage data, analytics, and A/B testing to inform design decisions.
• Advanced Figma proficiency and knowledge of AI design tools.
• Fluent English and a proven track record of working with international clients.
