What you will do

• Architect and implement complex GenAI applications using LLMs, LangChain, and RAG workflows.
• Design scalable RAG pipelines including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and vector storage.
• Build and optimize high-performance vector search systems using OpenSearch, Pinecone, or pgvector.
• Develop microservices and APIs using FastAPI or Flask on AWS infrastructure.
• Implement observability, evaluation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines for GenAI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business use cases into high-quality AI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python.
• Deep expertise in GenAI concepts, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on mastery in LangChain, LangGraph, and agentic workflows.
• Production-grade experience with AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and S3.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and container orchestration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to drive architecture decisions and mentor team members.
