What you will do

• Design and build GenAI agents and platforms using local (e.g., Llama, Mistral) and cloud-based LLMs.
• Develop AI-powered products for hirify.globalligent reasoning and automation in real-world use cases.
• Integrate agent orchestration, tool usage, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Implement, test, debug, and deploy production-quality AI services and data pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of working experience.
• Basic understanding of generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Programming experience in Python and/or C/C++.
• Experience building simple AI agents or chatbots through academic or personal projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and Hugging Face ecosystems.
• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma) and embedding-based search.
• Experience with prompt engineering and UX/UI for human-AI interaction.
• Familiarity with deploying and scaling AI agent platforms across local and cloud environments.
