What you will do

• Design and build generative AI agents and platforms using local and cloud-based LLMs.
• Develop AI-powered products enabling hirify.globalligent reasoning, automation, and human-AI interaction.
• Implement agent orchestration, tool usage, and retrieval-augmented workflows (RAG).
• Translate AI logic and data pipelines into production-quality software using modern programming practices.
• Handle end-to-end development including implementation, testing, debugging, and deployment of AI services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience level: Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience.
• Basic understanding of generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Programming experience in Python and/or C/C++.
• Exposure to local LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral) or cloud-based LLM APIs.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Penang, Malaysia (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma).
• Experience with prompt engineering and UX/UI considerations for human-AI interaction.
• Familiarity with deploying, scaling, and optimizing AI agent platforms.
