What you will do

• Write and optimize web content across landing pages, homepages, and acquisition journeys.
• Partner with SEO and GEO specialists to increase visibility in search engines and LLMs like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
• Analyze user behavior using GA4, Hotjar, AppsFlyer, and BI dashboards to identify and act on performance opportunities.
• Brief design and creative teams on new CMS modules, imagery, and content structures.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and brand teams to improve web-to-app journeys and customer conversion.
• Audit and consolidate existing website content to simplify the user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a writer/editor with a portfolio of high-performing web content.
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and behavioral analytics tools like Hotjar.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and AI-driven discovery (GEO).
• Experience working in B2C environments, ideally within high-consideration service businesses.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and creative teams.
• Must have the right to work in the UK
