• Lead, coach, and develop an organization of approximately 150 employees.
• Oversee the development, delivery, and maintenance of software functionality for the Arexis product family.
• Drive the development and maintenance of system test rigs for verification.
• Establish and optimize effective ways of working across functional teams.
• Manage the function's budget, financial performance, and strategic growth.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on accountability and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Must pass a security vetting process based on current security protection regulations.
• Swedish citizenship may be required for security clearance purposes.
• Proven experience in leading leaders and large-scale development organizations.
• Strong background in both project and line management.
• Extensive experience working within agile frameworks.
