What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve operational targets.
• Drive production output and efficiency while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with scheduling, logistics, and engineering teams to meet production deadlines.
• Support the setup and optimization of high-volume production lines.
• Identify training needs and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven track record of leading teams to meet performance targets.
• Experience in setting up and managing high-volume production lines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition qualification.
