What you will do

• Create and co-drive the global digital transformation journey by managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead complex digital programs to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Act as a catalyst for change by identifying capability gaps and supporting organizational acceleration.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure end-to-end success of digital products.
• Develop executive-ready reports and dashboards using data insights for C-level stakeholders.
• Define and track KPIs to monitor transformation progress and enable data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in top business consulting or digital transformation, ideally in a global organization.
• Proven track record of managing complex digital initiatives.
• Proficient English communication skills (written and spoken).
• B2B industry or system know-how.

Nice to have

• Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
• Background in connectivity solutions or IoT within the industrial or building automation sector.
• Knowledge of German and/or Spanish languages.
