What you will do

• Analyze customer design requirements and support the CDE (Comply, Deviate, Exception) process for MV SWGR opportunities.
• Prepare electrical schematics, including panel schedules, one-lines, and control logic diagrams to support the quotation process.
• Collaborate with MV breaker and relay suppliers to integrate performance characteristics into the final solution.
• Design VAVE (Value Add/Value Engineer) alternatives to ensure high-quality solutions at competitive market prices.
• Provide design feedback and market trends to the product management team to guide portfolio roadmaps.
• Support procurement with electrical component analysis to ensure competitive supply chains.

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in product engineering, manufacturing, or marketing within the MV SWGR space.
• Demonstrable experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Smartsheet and Power BI is beneficial.
• Technical skills in AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Creo.
• Experience with NPDI (New Product Development Introduction) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the specified location (Note: Text mentions US authorization, but role is based in UK/UAE)

Nice to have

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Direct experience with MV SWGR IEC certification.
• Knowledge of low and medium voltage components such as circuit breakers, transformers, and arc flash mitigation equipment.
