What you will do

  • Prepare LPBF builds, including orientation, support generation, slicing, and build setup.
  • Manage components through the full manufacturing route, including post-processing and inspection.
  • Utilize CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings to guide production.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing defects and resolve build failures.
  • Coordinate with machining and inspection teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive build records and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fundamental understanding of additive manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as NX, SolidWorks, or Creo.
  • Must be located in or able to work in Abu Dhabi, AE.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and learn rapidly in a challenging environment.

Nice to have

  • Practical experience with LPBF metal additive manufacturing.
  • Solid understanding of DfAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing) principles.
  • Familiarity with build preparation software.
  • Exposure to professional manufacturing and inspection workflows.
