What you will do
- Provide second-line support for SMS, MMS, and SMS Firewall services.
- Optimize operational processes to improve repair efficiency and service quality.
- Lead the repair team squad by coordinating activities and steering team efforts.
- Perform incident management and proactive/reactive maintenance on network services.
- Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in the implementation of new services and network rollout projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in telecom, specifically in Messaging, Signaling, or Roaming.
- Strong knowledge of ITU/ETSI standards, SS7, SIGTRAN, LTE, and GSM call flows.
- Operational proficiency in Linux.
- English: Upper-intermediate level required.
- Ability to participate in guard duty services.
Nice to have
- Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or ICT.
- Experience with HTTPS APIs, MMS, Kibana, or Openmind software.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Ansible, CI/CD, Splunk, AWS).
- Knowledge of Docker and Python scripting.
