What you will do

• Provide second-line support for SMS, MMS, and SMS Firewall services.
• Optimize operational processes to improve repair efficiency and service quality.
• Lead the repair team squad by coordinating activities and steering team efforts.
• Perform incident management and proactive/reactive maintenance on network services.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in the implementation of new services and network rollout projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in telecom, specifically in Messaging, Signaling, or Roaming.
• Strong knowledge of ITU/ETSI standards, SS7, SIGTRAN, LTE, and GSM call flows.
• Operational proficiency in Linux.
• English: Upper-intermediate level required.
• Ability to participate in guard duty services.

Nice to have

• Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or ICT.
• Experience with HTTPS APIs, MMS, Kibana, or Openmind software.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Ansible, CI/CD, Splunk, AWS).
• Knowledge of Docker and Python scripting.
