What you will do

• Provide second-line support for SMS, MMS, and SMS Firewall services.
• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance to ensure network and service availability.
• Review and optimize internal and external operational processes for repair efficiency.
• Lead the repair team squad by coordinating activities and steering team efforts.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to identify and resolve customer-reported issues.
• Participate in the implementation of new services and network rollout projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in telecom, specifically in Messaging, Signaling, or Roaming.
• Strong knowledge of SS7, SIGTRAN, LTE, and GSM call flows.
• Operational proficiency in Linux.
• Familiarity with ITU/ETSI standards.
• English: Upper-intermediate level required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kyiv, Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or IT.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Ansible, CI/CD, AWS).
• Knowledge of Python, Splunk, or Docker.
• Experience with HTTPS APIs and Openmind software.
