Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Cologne, Germany; 3 office days per week)

What you will do

• Process accounts payable, travel expenses, and manage corporate credit cards.
• Participate in the monthly accounting close process.
• Manage distributor statements and royalty invoices.
• Support the accounting department in administrative processes.
• Assist with the current software migration to NetSuite.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting within a GmbH environment, ideally for mid-sized businesses.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
• Experience with DATEV.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly Sheets or Excel.
• Interest in film and a strong affinity for working with numbers.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
