Intern / Working Student (Structured Debt Finance): Supporting the Debt and Derivative Portfolio Management team in daily operations with an accent on administrative support, regulatory compliance, and portfolio monitoring. Focus on managing interfaces between European real estate offices and lending partners while ensuring meticulous documentation of financing engagements.

Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (Hybrid: 4 days per week in the office required).

What you will do

• Act as an interface between European hirify.global Real Estate offices and lending/hedging partners.
• Ensure fulfillment of requirements for ongoing operations and derivative portfolio management.
• Process regulatory requirements related to the derivative portfolio.
• Provide administrative support, monitoring, and documentation for existing financing engagements.
• Collaborate on various team projects and daily business tasks.

Requirements

• Must be an enrolled student in economic, technical, or natural sciences.
• Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and MS Teams.
• Meticulous, structured, and goal-oriented working style.
• Strong interest in real estate, debt financing, and capital markets.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
