What you will do

• Own the end-to-end monthly portfolio review process and present insights to C-Level.
• Maintain and enhance the Portfolio Performance Dashboard using Power BI.
• Manage bank and shareholder reporting requirements.
• Monitor refinancing KPIs and support assessments for new partners.
• Oversee the Bad Debt Allowance process and compare performance against forecasts.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis including IRR and scenario modeling.

Requirements

• Background in controlling with experience in financial assets, NPL, receivables, or investment controlling.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Proactive and independent working style.
• English fluency required (German language skills are a plus).
• Must be based in Berlin for hybrid office attendance.
